Not where I am. What's the price per pill? I didn't even realize it was available generically. All the ED stuff has skyrocketed. Goes up weekly. I'm guessing trying to milk every last cent before Viagra patent expires. This seems a viable option if price is right.
Where I work, it is priced considerably cheaper than Viagra, even when taking 2 or 3 tabs at a time. But the question of approval for this dosage form is what I'm a little concerned with, and I'm honestly not sure what my liability is.

it actually costs more than the generic in Canada so no.
Wait till it goes generic in the states, it's amazing how fast pfizer lowered its price to stem the bleed of lost customers
A doctor can legally prescribe any medication for any off label indication they want. There is no more liability than with filling any other script.
Had a man claim that his worker's comp should cover it. And they did (bang head against wall)
As a doc, I have had patients come in asking for it, having been told by their pharmacist to do so!
Might as well paint a target on yourself for an audit if you fill it thru insurance.
